Pros
I really love and believe in the chef, the concept, and the community, and food is amazing.
Cons
They say they care so much about their employees, and yet server wages remain at 2.13/hour, making most of our income from tips, which we are required to tip out 30% of. Most FOH support staff makes under $10 an hour, which means we pay most of FOH wages with our own tips. Just doesn't sit right.
