      The company has a ton of potential and the employees are great people.

      Cons

      The people at the top, making the decisions are the biggest threat to morale. The poor morale is contagious and is running rampant from top to bottom

      Pros

      They will entice you with a slightly higher pay rate than other ambulance operators. This is the cheese on the mousetrap.

      Cons

      The big iceberg guy has been in trouble with the National Labor Relations Board (at least once, if not more times) for unfair (meaning illegal) labor practices. I also heard that the big iceberg guy at the company has also been in trouble with the US Department of Labor for non-payment of overtime!
