Pros

It's an entrepreneurial environment with no glass ceiling on your achievement, so there is no limit to what you can achieve. No guarantee you'll be compensated for it though. There are some exciting projects and trips available. Great place if you're a self-confessed workaholic.

Cons

It's a harsh environment, with long hours and lawful breaks are frowned upon. (Someone on trial lost their chance for taking an hour for lunch). Pressure to take work home with you, stay late, work while you fly - basically constantly. You're expected to bring in new business and the higher up you go, the more your job is at risk if you don't bring money in. The owner is a scary perfectionist, God help you if you can't read her mind and please her!!! Huge amount of cake, so don'y go there if you want to be healthy. I never had time to do anything after work and it's out in the sticks. Many employees got sick, including myself. So if you care about your life, health and happiness outside of work, then you're better off declining a job offer.

Pros

Their are some very nice people who work here and I got good range of experiences. Given lots of responsibility at junior level. Wrote presentations by myself for big projects.

Cons

Very tough office. Long long hours their. Owners can be selfish and brutal. I speak to directors about the big problems we face and they say they will talk to owners to help but they never do and things do not change. Other directors always talking about leaving and setting up their own agency which is unsettling to us below them. Some people are sad.

Pros

A nice location next to river Thames, but offices are a bit cramped. The people who work there are fun.LOTS OF PROJECTS is good for learning.

Cons

The long hours are bad for peoples health.Lots of people get ill from having to work so hard. The owner does not appreciate the hard work everyone puts in and is always in a bad mood. She shouts at people if they do anything wrong.Lots of pressure and not enough time or people to do a good job.
