Poor management,terrible environment to work in,your just treated like a number and nothing more,a lot of people wearing blue hats and black hats who would be lucky to even be on a normal job with a white hat,a lot of egos,black hats are protected to do what they want without consequences unlike the workers who they love to have in for a disciplinary,there's a lot of people not doing there jobs properly there and can get away with doing nothing,
