      Pros

      Good salary &meaning full job. They let leave a toxic manager after I left. Massive complains are heard.

      Cons

      French culture 100% Endless volume of work. Poor ethics Toxic environment (in terms of relationships) Sabotage is masked by playing “stupid” or “ignorant”

      Pros

      I started with no experience, guided well and room to learn are there. The company promotes growth and promotion in a timely manners as they are also growing. Great culture and exposure for those who would like to kickstart the journey in IT, investment and banking services.

      Cons

      The wages are a bit below market average for specific professions but compensated with allowances and bonus. Learning experience and work life balance may vary based on your team placement. It’s either you have someone that can really guides you or you may need to take your own initiative to learn.
