I had a very challenging experience of CAE from day one. I was often made to feel left out and unsupported my management who were always too busy to pay much attention to me. As a result, it felt very disorganized. I was often left feeling disheartened by the lack of recognition for the long hours I put into what was a very demanding role; promises of opportunity were made but quickly forgotten. Management would often act without much or any consideration towards others, which left me unmotivated in what would have otherwise have been a great workplace.

Lack of management and consistency. Old boys club mentality. HR are not there to aid the employees . Upper management don't care either despite pretending to. Your mental health will take a beating.
