      Pros

      Career growth opportunities. Work life balance rewards such as flex time off and paid sabbatical every 5 years. Exciting and challenging work. Fun and social environment. Employee recognition and celebrating achievements.

      Cons

      None that I can think of, I've really enjoyed my time here so far.

      People Culture is incredible. CAGE provides a platform for ambitious individuals to be successful. You are involved in setting up the standards and procedures. But most importantly, the company has your back.

      Cons

      I'm not finding anything significant that can be considered as cons.
