I’ve been working as a Project Manager for over a year, and it’s been an exciting journey. Here’s why:
Collaborative Environment: The company fosters a collaborative culture where cross-functional teams work together seamlessly. As a Project Manager, I appreciate the open communication channels and the willingness of colleagues to share knowledge.
Cutting-Edge Technology: Being in the IT industry, we’re at the forefront of technological advancements. CAN Softtech invests in the latest tools and platforms, allowing us to deliver innovative solutions to our clients.
Work-Life Balance: While the workload can be demanding (as expected in IT), the company emphasizes work-life balance. Remote work options and flexible hours make a significant difference.
Benefits and Perks: Competitive compensation, health benefits, and additional perks make CAN Softtech stand out.
Cons
Sometimes, project priorities can shift abruptly. Clearer communication on project timelines and expectations would enhance the experience.
While there are growth opportunities, a more transparent career path would benefit employees.

I have enjoyed working here. The company offers flexible work hours and decent benefits. Team members are very supportive. Management has an open door policy. The team uses latest tools and technologies and I learned quite a lot in the last couple of years. Pre-Covid, the company held fun activities and events.
Cons
None that I could think of.
