      Free parking Friendly staff (who have mostly left)

      Terrible working condition Under qualified MD with inferiority complex Bullying atmosphere from management Zero promotion prospects Zero pay increases with the promise of increases never coming (not even cost of living increases) High staff turnover Incompetent management staff Policy of secrecy and underhanded practises Bare minimum holidays that will never increase Bare minimum pay Micromanagement culture to prove a point I couldn’t warn people away enough - DO NOT JOIN

      Staff are good except managers and owners

      Cons

      Worst run company ever. Always a problem with wages. managers and owners havnt got a clue what they are doing so they just bully staff hide and get paid.????staff are over worked and underpaid treated like dirt. no human resources .no help for staff no respect for staff no bonuses.

      10 week roster good vans well looked after staff discount on parts

      Cons

      No benifits ... You work at your own risk no sick pay even if injured on the job No overtime if you work after your 7pm shift Monthly pay Picking orders after a long drive at the end of your shift
