Pros
The biggest pro this company has going for it is that the medical benefits are EXTREMELY cheap. Considering today's political and insurance climate, you honestly will have a hard time finding cheaper benefits. The vacation & sick days given to you are pretty good as well, though other companies may over more and also give you work from home opportunities. However, even though you have plenty of personal days to use, there are only certain ways you can use them (you can't take off more than 5 business days in a row without pernission.) Other than that, the cons very much outweigh the pros. From personal experience and being a current employee here, I know that they have asked current employees to write good reviews for this company so that there were not many bad reviews (hence the disgruntled former employee comment in one of the reviews.)
Cons
The biggest challenge at this company is the fact that there is no communication. Managers do not communicate with employees until it is convenient for them. They will put you on accounts and then give those accounts to other people without proper training or explanation. The pay at this company is not competitive with other companies out there at all. This company is great if you are trying to get some real world working experience. It is stepping stone company that you can use to get experience and move on to further benefit your career. Employees don't stay here for more than two years at most, and those who do are generally miserable.
