      Awful

      Pros

None that I can think of

      Cons

Pressure, stress, and constantly being micro managed, severe lack of training to do the job, they don't tell you at interview, but every second of your working day is timed to the second, whether answering queries by email, (you have to choose the appropriate pre-prepared paragraph from a list of about 70) or phone, plus the wrap time in between. You are also monitored and nit picked for the quality of your work using a scoring system. Once you start hitting your daily targets these will then be increased. The offer codes rarely work, so you will be expected to flick through various screens trying to find ones that do whilst the customer is on the phone. Plus trying to sort out queries regarding digital access and payments. You are allowed 4 minutes per phone call and 2 minutes per email. You will also be picked up if you log the calls and emails incorrectly on the system. 15 min tea breaks and 1/2 hour lunches are to be taken when you are told in your daily schedule. You rarely get any holidays approved. Don't even think about going to any appointments if you're in the call centre. Parking spaces are only for staff who have been with the company over a certain of time. High turnover of staff and they are constantly advertising.
