      Only pros is founder is a very nice person.

      Cons

      Worst place to work. Your work won't be valued. Too low salary. Low growth curve. Managers are worst.

      Only Pro is when you sign off for the day

      Cons

      HR and Project managers gang up and rag their reportees. Their only work is to create an unsure unhealthy unethical unsecured workplace so that folks who works under them suffer and rot in the workplace. Employees are undergoing ordeal treatment and their managers and HR are making sure they undergo this. Schadenfreude is on an ostentatious display.
