Pros
Small company, can learn many things from A-Z, friendly colleagues, free coffee, perfect stepping stone.
Cons
Up and down too old startup company, financing is still required, poor product niche, poor mentoring, senior people are the kings (old contract version and share holder by default), too much oversell untangible idea but financing depends on this, weird business scheme, a typical company that was made to be sold later on thus future and long term ideas are limited.
