Pros

Had the basis for a great culture Fruit baskets Access to multiple coworking spaces Learning opportunities

Cons

- quite cliquey with CEO’s inner circle getting the best treatment - everyone is stretched at all times due to under resourcing projects to keep prices low - short term attitude, lacking long term strategy - lack of trust from senior leadership leads to micro managing at all hours of the day (incl weekends) - super low morale - rewards bad behaviour - seriously inappropriate behaviour from senior staff members directed to junior members not dealt with well

Pros

If you're looking for a stepping stone into the NHS, this might offer that opportunity. Beyond that, there’s little else to recommend.

Cons

The company unfortunately fosters a toxic and unprofessional culture. There’s a pervasive lack of trust, leaving employees feeling unsupported and second-guessing decisions at every turn. Leadership often feels inexperienced and unprepared to navigate challenges or provide meaningful support. The high turnover rate speaks volumes about the poor working conditions and lack of genuine investment in employees' growth and wellbeing. Ultimately, the focus seems more on benefitting a select few at the top rather than fostering a sustainable and credible organisation for both staff and clients.

Pros

I only there were some

Cons

Not easy to write, but I feel a responsibility to be honest for the sake of others considering a role here. The company talks a lot about being values driven, people first, and purpose led. On paper, it looked like a place where I could grow and make a real impact. What I walked into was the complete opposite. The culture is toxic and emotionally draining. Management uses pressure, fear, and intimidation as tools of control. I saw things I found deeply unsettling. People crying in the office (myself included), being signed off with stress, and completely burning out from impossible workloads. And instead of addressing any of it, leadership turned a blind eye. Or worse, enabled it. It’s hard to explain just how performative everything is. The senior leadership team says the right things in public, about wellbeing, inclusion, development, but behind closed doors, it's all talk. People are treated like numbers. There's no psychological safety, no support, and certainly no respect for boundaries. Overworking is expected, not appreciated. It wears you down slowly. You start questioning yourself, blaming yourself, wondering if you're not strong enough. But it’s not you. It’s the environment. The dysfunction here runs deep, and it affects everyone. There are some brilliant, kind people here, but they deserve better too. If you're thinking of joining, please be careful.
