Cons
Claim that over time is optional but you get shamed if you say no. Claim that Saturdays are entirely optional but then get told they want you to do a few, which is unfair on top of a full working week. People are told off loudly in front of everyone which is embarrassing. Management are not discreet in the slightest when talking to each other. No flexibility when it comes to wanting to finish earlier, even when offering to start earlier. Management shout about people talking yet sit there and talk themselves a lot of the time. As soon as probation was done the management completely switched up and were no longer as nice. Multiple people left during my time there and I can't say that I am surprised. Very little people skills and empathy from management. Indirect comments made about getting up from your desk and going to the toilet. Half an hour break. They wish for you to stay past your end time yet expect you to be ready to work before your start time.
