      Pros

      Unique agency with so much potential. Lovely people at a junior level who are driving agency culture

      Cons

      Felt like everything might fall apart any second. Poor onboarding and ongoing development support and training. New initiatives always fall apart after a couple of months. No consistency in agency positioning. Revised every few months with no long term view. A lot of leadership don’t know how to manage people/teams leading to low morale. Terrible internal communication. Staff overworked/underpaid…but that’s not knew.

      - Big clients to work with which might help your portfolios look good on paper. - There are some truly good and talented people.

      Cons

      - Terrible leadership. - There is no transparency in appraisal or career goals. - Changing performance standards overtime without documents. - Management can gaslight employees for years to keep them on doing the same things without providing any career advancement.

      Dream job turned into a nightmare.

      Pros

      There is generally a wide variety of projects to work on and there are some very smart and talented people working there also. When I started, this was my dream job.

      Cons

      Amongst the talented individuals, there is also a handful of 'imposters' in senior positions, that are neither qualified or sufficiently experienced to be holding those positions. Sadly, this sets a very low bar for others to aspire to. It also breeds insecurity at high levels and manifests toxic behaviour. Ultimately it was this toxicity, along with the gaslighting and lack of respect, that led to the decline of my mental health over the last 6 months of my employment. When I left, it had become my nightmare job.
