      Training costs are covered by the company Support from team mates Friendly environment

      In as much as you're working full time,you have to depend on commissions,which go through a lot of cuts, hence little income. This however will change when you target a certain GWP therefore unlocking some benefits An an employee,you have to cover for your own transportation and communication when meeting up with the company's clients. In other words,you'd expect a sales person to be paid some amount of money aside from.the commission, but that never happens.

      Poor organizational culture. Very poor treatment of the LIFE sales agents, including the Unit and Agency managers.
