      Pros

      The people that work here are great and you will make friends quickly.

      Cons

      There is a disparity in salary. Many people are unhappy with the work, systems and management. CLS does not seem to be a very professional place to work and there are too many rumours about management to feel comfortable.

      Pros

      This is one of the first companies I have worked at that has a great outlook on things, and everyone is fantastic, it is like a small family, allowing people to be themselves. My managers were genuinely some of the best I have worked with taking on my ideas and trusting me and my colleague to do the job. We had some of the best resources I have seen. It is a fun place to work.

      Cons

      The only downside is I got made redundant,
