      AVOID - Poor Management and training

      9% pension to you free Underwriters will help you if you keep it hidden from your office manager

      Cons

      Management will bully you and havent a clue on what the job requires. Lack of progression - No job opps Managers will talk about you behind your back Will make you turn your personal phone into a work one. No training guides - if you mess it up its your fault Will hire from outside the company not inside.

      No pros terrible company to work for

      Cons

      Management condones bully of staff by supervisors. Excessive workloads for the pay, no progression unless your face fits. Incompetent inexperienced supervisors. I would not recommend this company to anyone!!!

      good co workers, with much of the same troubles in various departments.

      Cons

      Not a good company for career progression, US owned executive team with far too many layers of reporting lines leading to poor strategic drive. Lack of middle management integrity and very bad communication between teams.
