Pros

Boast of high pay night shift job Able to come anytime between 8pm to 10pm

Cons

Scammy interview, they will keep going MIA on interview candidates and deleting their HR whatsapp or telegram contact. You will NEVER get an update on your application, had to find their new HR contact through a NEW job posting they made online. Wasted time going down for 2 interviews. Staff all seem to be young students who dk what they’re doing.

Pros

- Some colleagues are friendly and supportive. - Exposure to different aspects of operations and logistics.

Cons

Note: the boss owns 3 companies: DNDTS Pte. Ltd., Mirae distributions, and CPO Pte Ltd. This review is about ALL THREE COMPANIES. - Salary payments are often delayed with little to no communication or accountability. The management will come up with excuses such as your name being “selected for audit” to justify the delay. - Management lacks transparency and professionalism — there is poor communication, unclear direction, and frequent last-minute changes. - The work environment is highly unstable; employees can be terminated abruptly without notice or discussion. - Expectations are often unrealistic, and there is no proper guidance or structure. - Morale among staff tends to be low due to inconsistent management behavior and uncertainty about job security. While there may be some learning opportunities, the instability and poor management practices make this a difficult and stressful place to work. ⚠️ Think twice before joining unless you’re prepared for a highly unpredictable work environment.
