      Good intentions, fair employer. Good place to work hard, and achieve small things. Ideal for standard worker but not for ambitious people

      Work from home 3 days a week.

      Cons

      Low salary, no extra benefits. The CEO doesn't want to increase salary or pay any extra money at all (even if required by collective agreement). There are no chances of growing professionally and the workload is high.
