Pros
There's a portal that encourages self study on a number of technologies. The pension fund I have through this Company is one of my best performing funds.
Cons
I was working Client side. My CSC Manager hardly ever got in touch and as long as the Client kept needing me, I had a job. None from the Management reached out to us and there was zero help to progress within the Company or change to other roles or work in a different technology. Any issues with the Client also fell on deaf ears.
