This company has the worst leadership, one of the owners on site is a terrible person. Barks at staff, is a hot head and lacks any sort of business professionalism. Another leader occasionally come down from Canada and is clueless as to what happens on a daily basis. CSI claims to be experts in E-Learning and Employee Recognition, my training was the none existent and the internal recognition program is a joke. Poor morale by ALL staff is the worst I've seen in my career.

Impossible workloads to complete. Managers lack experience and basic industry skills. Toxic environment where employees are constantly intimidated, harassed and threaten with their jobs
