Pros
M-F workweek. Excellent health benefits. 401K, Paid holidays and vacation. Management/Owners do care about employees. Co-workers care about each other and work as team to get the job done.
Cons
Sometimes in the past we've had a few bad seeds to deal with.

Pros
Excellent Health Benefits and 401k contributions. Monday-Friday with paid holidays, vacation and sick. Great perks with catered lunches, and bbq's every month in the summer. Donuts and bagels for breakfast. Gift card on your birthday. Awesome Christmas party's. Contrary to other reviews management does care about it's employees and does compensate in salary and verbal recognition.
Cons
Occasional unwarranted disgruntle co-worker.
