Pros
Nice people, culture and opportunities for travel but not much going for the company beyond that. Stay for the people but not too long if you want to grow.
Cons
The compensation is well below market rate. Leaders uninspiring and uncaring and there is a stifling lack of career development opportunities. Managers are not concerned with helping you grow or making your work more meaningful. Complete lack of HR oversight means the company gets away with a lot of questionable practices. Short term vision resulted in several hire and fire cases. Management training needed. Culture of toxic positivity and ZERO diversity company wide.
