Pros
It has the healthiest work environment I've seen in all my years, especially as a machinist. Especially for Alberta.
Cons
They can be slightly stingy when buying some supplies and there are some politics but where don't they have those? It just wasn't the place for me.

Pros
Very nice group of staff, reasonable management, you will be treated well and not dread going into work. Will indenture you after six months if you prove yourself to be a competent worker.
Cons
Pay is below industry standard. Advancement is difficult as it is a family company.
