Cons
1. Family and good old boys network mixes and makes for a cloudy workplace to maneuver through. 2. Individuals in organizations like sales are not held accountable and a this has created a servant slave mentality that is unhealthy and growing worse. 3. Hard working individuals that are key to the real success of the organization are over worked and under appreciated. This has lead to these people to become bitter and moody. 4. All employees have either been laid off or seen multiple pay cuts while executives continue to receive bonus checks as usual.
