      Pros

      decent work life balance, they try and promote WFH when applicable. NOTE: it is harder to accommodate in a lab. Community service and diversity are high on their radar. Good amount of outside work activities e.g. axe throwing, sporting events, company happy hours.

      Cons

      Underpaid if you stay too long. Have a tendency to hold on to employees that are not offering anything. Can be overworked if you don't advocate for yourself.

      Great Culture. Great coworkers. Great Science. Outstanding and Humane leaders. Everyone is focused on their work but always looking fir an opportunity to help out a coworker. Feels like a family

      Cons

      Not much cons. Shared Labs. Occasionally work on weekends. Traffic can be terrible downtown. Difficult to navigate parking sometimes. Difficult to find more cons

      Very dynamic, hands on contribution. Lots of social events and team-building, focused well on car-T development for rare disease. Science -driven, very passionate people who truly believe in the mission.

      Cons

      Got laid off (as part of a company-wide layoff) with no notice, company needs to fundraiser more to achieve their good vision, needs better business strategy to attract partners and investors,
