Toxic environment, a certain department dictates how staff are managed and dealt with and it’s always in the completely wrong way Upper management have very little to do with staff overall and creates a huge disconnect in the culture No Christmas or any staff functions of any kind! Hardly any flexibility No training or development opportunities for non tech staff No recognition or rewards for your hard work Bad internal communication with staff Senior Management are all white middle aged men, no diversity
