      Doesn't Live Up to Own Culture/Values

      Pros

      Most people at Cadence are great and a pleasure to work with.

      Cons

      Leadership isn't transparent and targets are constantly moving. For example, if the team is told they need to hit 60 outreaches per day and they achieve it, they're scolded for only making 60 and not 100. If the team goal is set at 500 enrollments, and 600 is achieved, they're asked why more patients weren't enrolled.

      Overall, the mission of the org is great

      Cons

      One of the most toxic work environments I’ve ever been a part of. It stems from the top down, awful leadership and hr department. Theres also 0 work life balance and they think it’s normal. Trust the bad reviews, and don’t work here.

      There are no pros to working here unless you like getting fired.

      Cons

      Top level management makes all the decisions, they change targets and even reduced our pay. Then they fire people. They say they have company values, but they don't live by them. They are just words. It's a toxic place to work.
