Good salary in comparison to other CROs Coworkers were all very helpful and pleasant

Cons

Incredibly poorly planned company. I was contacted through LinkedIn for a role in their expending proposals team in Oct 2025. 3 months into the role I was deemed surplus to requirements due to a lack of new RFPs. Obviously extremely poor planning on their part that they can’t predict how the company will perform in 5 months time.
