      Pros

      Innovative products, some interesting projects and studies. Some great people and workteams make day to day bearable.

      Cons

      Disparate teams within the organization with vastly different levels of accountability. The CEO has no organizational leadership experience or skills. - and it shows. Painful, awkward company meetings (now Zoom) only emphasize the fact. Bordeline inappropriate policital commentary and tone is messaged from the CEO. It's like having to watch "The View".

      Pros

      Clinically robust and innovative technology that helps patients with few options. Most of the teams are great and hardworking and are vested in helping Cala Health to be successful.

      Cons

      CEO is a 1st-timer and lacks any leadership skill set or commercial experience. Known to be vindictive across the organization.

      Pros

      Founder and current CEO is smart and innovative. The therapy is promising but needs a lot of good research to prove effective. A perfect case study of how not to run a business and what not to do with employees.

      Cons

      Extremely toxic work environment. Former CEO has no real experience or any area expertise in Medtech. She does not know how to control her emotions (lashes out and gets angry whenever anyone disagrees with her) and brought destruction to and bankrupt the company. Very bad quality of senior and middle managers. Turnover of employees is very high. All C suite leaders, except one, have been let go with many directors and managers. This could have saved the company if it was done 2 years ago. The one C suite leader left should be let go as well; history and experience showed that no company survives with 2 co-CEOs. Management uses harassment and discrimination techniques to threaten and control employees. Do not think about career advancement on the business side of the company if you are not female.
