      Pros

      Lots of opportunities for career progression if you want it but also rewarding roles if you don't!

      Cons

      The company used to be French owned and the management higher-level management team was predominantly French. Not necessarily a problem but having an overall management team predominantly from a single country when the company is global seems to be a missed opportunity

      Cons

      Very unorganized and unstructured. Continuous lies from upper management. Eventual company divestment and plant closures resulting in job losses.
