Pros
Great family atmosphere and small business. Love the people and the surrounding farmer/customers. Monday through Friday first shift is the best. Shift ends when work is done. Work load is manageable and pleasant.
Cons
Small business, still young and starting out. No healthcare benefits yet. Agribusiness that is much needed in Michigan. Many regulations from outside agencies that do not consider small business important. Burden is heavy on owners and employees.

Pros
Family atmosphere. Working together to help the community livestock processing needs. All members are treated fairly. Servant type attitudes from all are expected.
Cons
Smell can be offensive but only 2 days a week. At times the job can be hard and labor intensive but it is offset by lighter duties or rotating in and out of positions.
