You get to start and grow with an innovative company, I was hired without experience, co-workers are mostly reliable and supportive professionals, ready to help and advise but also give enough space and time to figure out by yourself. The job is well paid but requires a lot of your time, attention and input. That is why a lot of people fall out. I find the absence of micro-management a big plus, I hate it when someone is constantly peeking and commenting my work before I actually finish it.
Cons
The team isn't quite built yet so there are times when we are understaffed and need to multitask, stay longer, be available after hours or during weekends. It can be exhausting sometimes.
