      Ineffective management-facist style of management does not work, scare tactics just increase employee turnover Supervisors overly critical due to poor management policy, not much employee empathy Monitoring manager and supervisors all need replacement. Very poor management policy. Monitors are an integral part of the company but treated and paid poorly.
