I joined as a Python developer here and have found myself as part of a stronger backend teams. The team deeply focuses in Python and related frameworks like Django & modern tools. Clean & scalable code and best coding practices is prioritised. Design decisions & brainstorming and proper code reviews are held to ensure quality and learning. There are frequent opportunities to learn and grow as well as mentoring new hires. Like many fast-paced environments, timelines can get tight at times. But overall, the leadership has been very open to improvement and values the team's input. If you're someone who enjoys solving real-world problems, writing algorithms using Python and wants to grow in system design and backend architecture, Caliper Business Solutions is a great place to be.
