On the unprofessional side

Pros

Meeting new people everyday. Learning new things through the system. Challenging yourself to do better.

Cons

Wow, where to start? Management was very unprofessional. They rush the recruitment process. Contract was not clear.

Pros

You get to meet awesome people.

Cons

The micro-management needs proper evaluation. They treat their employees like children and are very inconsiderate. You work very long hours for little pay (considering how much their biggest client pays if you worked for them independently). Working there is honestly a joke. It could be a great place to work at but they just ruin it for you. Your employment is not secured at all. They hire and let go of people all the time.

Pros

I can't list any pros in good faith as this is a sweatshop. I worked full time six days a week every week including weekends, birthdays, and holidays day and night and still wasn't even making R5000 a month.

Cons

This company is extremely exploitative. When I took them to the CCMA, they tried to manipulate me into dropping my case because "the business wouldn't be able to operate if we paid people the minimum wage per hour". I won my case.
