      Stay far away if you value your mental health

      Dedicated coworkers, free parking, onsite physicians and security, clean facility

      Cons

      Nursing administration or HR do not protect nurses. It is a nonunion job hence why middle management is able to get away with a lot of nonsense; especially false accusations. Immature managers who have poor attitudes. No upward mobility. Bedside nurses are seen as workhorses with little compassion towards the frontline.

      The patients are fortunate to be in mostly good health so from a Perioperative aspect, patient’s are not as complicated.

      Cons

      The values look great on paper, but really they are just superfluous words that sound attractive but certainly not emulated in their interactions with patients and staff.

      PTO, SICK DAYS, HOLIDAYS, FREE DAYS, VACATION TIME

      Cons

      Units are understaffed, nurse to patient ratio seems a bit high to the point where it is difficult to feel as though you truly were able to provide your patients with the basic care they need.
