Pros
It's hard for me to believe that a company like Camber exists. The team is brilliant, hard-working, and fiercely passionate about what they do. Camber's leadership is ethical, deeply loyal to clients, and is consistently looking for ways to change the archaic and outdated aspects of financial planning and wealth management. As an employee, I feel incredibly valued and respected - not only as a team member, but as an individual independent of Camber. Employees are trusted, are treated equally, and aren't micromanaged - Camber's culture feels very nonhierarchical in structure. Employee growth and professional trajectory are highly valued, and Camber leadership willingly takes on mentorship roles for more green employees. Camber promotes and encourages a healthy work-life balance and prioritizes the physical and mental well-being of their employees above all else. Although cliché, Camber truly feels like a family, and I know I am very lucky to be a part of it.
Cons
I've been with Camber for over a year and have zero cons to note.
