      Fun Place to Start @ Entry Level - Gets worse the higher you climb

      Pros

      Flexible hours (make your own as long as you put in 8), casual dress-code, SOME very friendly people.

      Cons

      Cliquey, poor communication, resistant to change, SOME extremely negative employees that ruin the experience for the rest.

      Opportunity to make good money. Flexible work hours. Ability to remote commute when feasible.

      Some issues with management. Some co-workers are not very friendly or inclusive.

      Excellent Growing Experience

      Pros

      The graphics department was an amazing team to be a part of and the Design Director was an excellent and kind mentor. Small group with family mentality. A lot of the staff have been around since the beginning. They offered decent benefits and perks including tuition reimbursement.

      Cons

      Suffer the same struggles as other in-house design teams I'm sure. Battles with the marketing department are generally lost because "marketing makes money, not design". Pay is on the low side and the taste and technical abilities are somewhat out-dated. Designers worked on PCs instead of macs.
