Ruins companies that it buys

Pros

The unlimited leave is probably the best thing, but don't be fooled.

Cons

Purchased a company in the UK, and like a typical American group company didn't take into account British culture. Lost a lot of skilled staff who left. Took over all functions within the company with an iron fist, and ruined them. Sadly the UK company won't last.

Pros

Fantastic support from anyone within the business. Regular catch up's with the CEO and the rest of the execs. They are always willing to take time out of their day to speak with us. If you enjoy thinking like an owner and want to test your ideas and hunches to either win business or retain existing customers CM is ideal for you .

Cons

In my time here I have not come across any issues or problems that have not been resolve quickly. If anything changes i'll update this post

Pros

The company // The people // the investment // the founders // the senior team In the past few years I have worked at a few similar sized tech companies with a similar offering; large investment, young team, great culture, stock, autonomy, exciting career prospects, etc. But they have always talked the talk, but never lived up to the hype. Campaign Monitor really nails it all - Full of driven, dedicated people, who want to help, have fun, and build an awesome company together.

Cons

The London office is new, and growing. If 'figuring it out' isn't something you enjoy, then this environment may not be for you.
