      Pros

      Full hours, overtime pay, 4 day work week. Weekends and holidays off.

      Cons

      No time off in your first year followed by 1 maybe 2 weeks off for the next 5 years, no single days. No sick days without suspicions. Benefits are basic. No commission on sales.

      Nice to be out on the road. Mostly good customers.

      Cons

      Extremely frustrating. Always issues with shortages of rental products. Poorly managed. Some shady business practices. Especially during Covid.
