      Flexibility, given autonomy, work with fantastic people, interesting projects, great offsites and chance for meaningful colleague connections.

      It is very hard to think of the cons of working here, I have never felt so fulfilled, trusted and empowered.

      Pros

      Many brilliant and passionate people who believe in the company's mission - many having been there for years.

      Cons

      The long string of senior hires who are quickly dismissed. I personally know of 8 in about a year. There could be more. Really low EQ score at the top. Complete lack of open discussion and massive bottleneck.
