      Toxic work environment

      Pros

      Working for one of the most well-known names in the industry.

      Cons

      Management will lie to your face and force you to do unethically action or be terminated. Proficiency tests are not performed the same way a client sample is processed. Laboratory control standards are not prepared the same way as client samples. CSO (Ini) order employees to falsify data and add a correction factor to meet client expectations 60 hr work weeks are expected and not valued.

      Awesome coworkers. Cool to work in the industry.

      Cons

      Low pay. No room to grow. They sue employees too. Lots of middle and upper management (with limited experience BTW) on powertrips.
