Treat you like trash, like you are disposable
Pros
I'm surprised at the comments here. Capquest in Farnborough does have its pros, 1) The colleagues have been there long years which makes them a sort of family 2) because of this, the workplace is like a family
Cons
1) You are treated like trash by line managers etc. 2) The pressure on you is so much with managers threatening your peace at every end, it's horrible. 3) For the recruits who have not graduated to the holy segment of the familial part of the company, doesn't matter if you've spent a few years with them, they can easily fire you in the most dreadful way and leave you stranded, no money, nothing- they just really don't care for your or about what happens to you. You've just got to keep that at the back of your mind if you want to join them.
