      spread across a lot of small projects

      Cons

      Overwhelming work load followed by periods of little or no work. Disorganised management with little direction. Career development is difficult in an unstructured environment.

      Good employee atmosphere and training expereince

      Cons

      They listed the job as an HR position, but it turned out to be a pyramid-schemy door-to-door sales job. Also, the hours were very long and it was a six day work week.
