- Very good R&D team, one of the best team and atmosphere I've worked with - Projects & Tech are really interesting - The company is doing great and will keep growing really fast for the coming years - For a Healthcare company, new technologies adoption is quite high and fast. - The company is backed by Qualcomm's, which has enough weight to change the industry in a major way.
Cons
- HR is simply unacceptable. - Salary is meh, you will need to negociate. - This company makes medical devices and has regulations. Beware that you will spend about a third of your time documenting what you actually do, with reviews and approvals all over the place. Add Qualcomm's own regulations on top of this to have more fun. - Developers have to use the worst tool ever to micro manage their estimates.
