Having worked for Car Shop for 16 years, never have I been as proud of the business and the support given to our colleagues. Putting safety first, ensuring ALL colleagues have been paid above the national furlough rates during the covid-19 pandemic has really shown that the colleagues are Car Shop's priority. Forward thinking with fantastic development opportunities and huge ambition for future growth, it really is a great company to work for!

The people, the heart, the team work, the room to grow and learn.
Cons
Short handed since covid-19 but they are actively looking for the best people and taking their time to pick the perfect ones to join the team.
