      Nice colleagues and location in Cyprus

      Weak management, leadership and systems....cannot be trusted in payments sector by staff or external people.

      A really exciting company that's on the up and up

      Pros

      Really charming and passionate colleagues that know their stuff Previously worked with the CMO and while reserved in disposition, is a genuinely passionate and highly knowledgeable person to work with. Great work and career prospects; within the span of time that I've been here - they've demonstrated a real open attitude to new and innovative ideas - which is truly invigorating.

      None as of yet to report on my side, honestly.

      A very vibrant international, smart group of people that share a common goal of growing the business as fast as possible and providing the best service to customers. The business supports ideas, energy and enthusiasm whilst challenging you as an individual.

      Cons

      Because the business is growing so quickly it can be a struggle with balancing your time with various projects and people.
